Jordan Credit Union is committed to protecting the privacy of our members’ financial records compliant with state and federal laws. Jordan Credit Union Mobile

Jordan Credit Union Mobile Banking application is available on both Android and iOS. The following contains information specifically for the use of our mobile banking applications.

User Data – Common Data Request Use Cases

Some features included in mobile banking may request access to data located on the device used to access mobile banking. This may include biometric, camera, contacts, location data, mobile texting. Users will be prompted to allow access to this data, and if access is not allowed, the feature requiring that data will not be fully functional. You may revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.

Account Deletion

If you would like to request a deletion of your Online / Mobile Banking access, please contact us at (801) 566-4195 or at memberhelp@jordan-cu.org. By requesting access removal, you are not closing your account at Jordan Credit Union, but requesting the online access to your account be removed.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at our discretion and at anytime. We will post our amended Privacy Policy on our website or otherwise notify you as required by law.
