Branch Network Improvement Plan

Jordan Credit Union’s Branch Network Improvement Plan is helping us create more convenient, welcoming places to serve our members throughout our communities. With the remodel of our Riverton branch and a new West Valley branch on the way, we are investing in better experiences and greater access for JCU members.

Investing in Better Places to Serve You

Our branches are more than buildings. They are places where members can get answers, make important financial decisions, and work with people who know and care about the communities we serve. The Riverton branch remodel will create a more modern, comfortable, and efficient experience for members while continuing to provide the personal service you expect from Jordan Credit Union. At the same time, our new West Valley branch will expand convenient access to JCU services for members living and working in West Valley City and surrounding Salt Lake County communities.

What Our Branch Network Improvement Plan Means for Members

Our goal is to make it easier for members to connect with Jordan Credit Union wherever and however they prefer to bank. These improvements allow us to invest in the locations and services that can provide the greatest benefit to our members now and in the years ahead.

Our new West Valley branch will give members another convenient option for in-person banking in a growing and vibrant community. We look forward to becoming an even stronger part of the West Valley City community and serving members closer to where they live and work.

Our Riverton branch is being redesigned to provide a more welcoming, efficient, and comfortable member experience. The updated location will combine modern banking technology with the friendly, personal service our members know and trust.

As part of this improvement plan, Jordan Credit Union will close our West Jordan branch on Redwood Road in late September 2026. We are grateful to the members and employees who have been part of this location, and we are committed to helping make the transition as easy as possible.

Members who currently use the West Jordan branch will continue to have access to nearby Jordan Credit Union locations, online and mobile banking, and phone support. Our upcoming West Valley branch will provide an additional option for members who prefer face-to-face service.

A Thoughtful Transition as We Expand Service for Members

Closing a branch is a decision we take seriously. The closure of our West Jordan branch allows us to better align our physical locations with changing member needs while expanding our presence into West Valley City.

We appreciate every member who has made the West Jordan branch part of their banking routine. Our team will continue working to help members identify the most convenient nearby branch, digital banking option, or other JCU service during the transition.
