A New Drive-Through Experience at Midvale
We’re excited to introduce a new drive-through experience at our Midvale location. Our Virtual Teller Machine, or VTM, works like an ATM with a live teller and replaces the traditional drive-through lane.
During normal business hours, members can speak face to face with a real Jordan Credit Union teller, just like they would at a drive-through window. Outside of those hours, the VTM continues to function as a full-service ATM, available 24 hours a day.
Members can use the VTM to:
- Deposit funds
- Make payments
- Cash checks
- Transfer funds
- Make withdrawals
- And more
This new drive-through option gives members the personal service they expect during business hours, along with the convenience of 24/7 ATM access, all without needing to come inside the branch.
