An email confirmation only constitutes your transaction was completed. It does not guarantee any payment or deposit has been completed until you see it has successfully posted to your bank statement.

 IMPORTANT: If you’re making a payment for a specific loan and would like it to post directly onto that loan, please include the loan number with the account number (example: 12345-6 1234). Otherwise, you understand that all payments will post to savings. It is then your responsibility to transfer funds to your loan. Payments are available for your transfer within 3-5 business days.
