Report Card Lost/Stolen

In the unfortunate event that your card is lost or stolen, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Card Management feature under Card Services.
  2. Find the card in question.
  3. Use the CARD STATUS (ON/OFF) toggle the lost or stolen card to the “Off” status.
  4. Call the credit union during business hours at (801) 566-4195. We can help you block and replace your card.
