Welcome to Online Banking – Getting around Online Banking is simple, with your most common tasks grouped together under tab menus located near the top of the page. Selecting a tab either launches an application or opens a menu with options that can be selected. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with where the options you use most are now located.

  • My Accounts (Homepage)

    The Online Banking home page is designed to help you complete your everyday tasks quickly and easily from one place. We’ve brought together the tools needed to perform your most common daily tasks without ever leaving the page.

  • Move Money

    From the Move Money tab, you can:

    • Transfer money internally between your JCU accounts
    • Transfer externally to your accounts at another financial institution
    • Send money to friends and family with the Pay a Person feature. 
    • Pay your bills with Bill Pay

  • Card Services

    From the Card Services menu item, you can access and spend your Platinum+ VISA rewards points through the Rewards Portal or manage your cards through Card Management.

  • Apply

    Access online applications for loans and deposit products. Upon completion they are securely sent through to a Member Support Representative.

  • Online Services

    The Online Services tab offers an array of useful options to enhance your Online Banking experience.

    Need help with Online Banking? Use our self-serve Learning Center to look up guides and explanations.

  • Notifications

    The Notification menu item allows you to stay on top of your accounts with Alerts and Notifications. You can set custom alerts for account updates, activity, and reminders. Choose between email or text alerts, or add them both.

    In addition to custom notifications, you can also opt into Text Message Banking from here as well.

  • My Settings

    My Settings controls your Online Banking account login and security information. Here you can change your Online Banking username, password, and security options.
