Welcome to Online Banking – Getting around Online Banking is simple, with your most common tasks grouped together under tab menus located near the top of the page. Selecting a tab either launches an application or opens a menu with options that can be selected. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with where the options you use most are now located.

  • My Accounts (Homepage)

    The Online Banking home page is designed to help you complete your everyday tasks quickly and easily from one place. We’ve brought together the tools needed to perform your most common daily tasks without ever leaving the page.

  • Bill Pay

    A free, secure way to set-up and pay bills. You control all your bill payments in one place!

    The Bill Payment feature has its own built in help system. Please click the Bill Pay tab and access the FAQs there.

  • Money Management

    Money Management will allow you to aggregate all your financial accounts, providing the ability to see all your investments, loans, and other accounts at a glance. It will also help you review spending, set budgets, and show you strategies to get out of debt faster.

  • Move Money

    From the Move Money tab, you can transfer money internally between your Jordon Credit Union accounts, or externally to another financial institution.

  • Additional Services

    The Additional Services tab offers an array of useful options to enhance your Online Banking experience.

  • Secure Forms

    From the Secure Forms tab,  you can access online applications which are securely sent through to a Member Support Representative.

    Forms currently include loan applications and contact information changes.

    Should you have questions about any of the forms, feel free to call us during business hours.

  • Notifications

    The Notification menu item allows you to stay on top of your accounts with Alerts and Notifications. You can set custom alerts for account updates, activity, and reminders. Choose between email or text alerts, or add them both.

    In addition to custom notifications, you can also opt into Text Message Banking from here as well.

  • My Settings

    My Settings controls your Online Banking account login and security information. Here you can change your Online Banking username, password, and security options.
